Disciplinary and multidisciplinary group research projects with the goal of developing the students' ability to discover, analyze, and evaluate data. Students are required to document their research activities in their portfolios. May be repeated for a maximum of six credits. Honors students must take at least six credits over a two-semester period with the same research advisor and write an honors thesis. These credits may include BIOL 3940, BIOL 4940 or both. Includes Honors sections. Preq: Consent of instructor. Coreq: MICR 4941.
