Instructor: Jeffrey Chase TWO SESSIONS Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM -2:00 PM, January 17 & 18 Non-Credit Tuition: $125/Lab Fee: $25; 2 CEUs This class will offer the chance to build your unique bookform from found objects including wire, metal, wood and paper. Mediums implemented include xerography, woodcut and collage as well as investigation of numerous methods of hand binding. This class will allow for artists working in various media (photography, creative writing, printmaking, digital media, and sculpture) to learn the fundamentals of bookarts in a class built around conceptual thinking and experimentation. The application for photo transfer, xerography, paper-engineering and relief print are limitless. Don't miss out on learning this important skill as an artist!
