Students will learn and experience the fundamentals of project managementthe carefully organized and executed effort to accomplish a specific task within established cost, schedule, and quality parameters. The key processes to effective project design, assessment, planning, scheduling, and control will be reviewed. Students will apply principles learned via the use of case studies as well as selected class projects. OL 101 Communication Skills for Leaders or permission from the instructor.
