Organizations are complex. One factor that contributes to this complexity is diversity. This course is a study of the dynamics and interactions among people in a diverse organization. It will focus primarily on issues of culture and ethnicity as barriers which people need to understand and navigate to successfully work as members of a team to accomplish organizational goals. Strategies to help individuals and groups better understand the diversity God created and the purpose for working together will be explored. Prerequisites: English Composition 1 or permission from the instructor.
