As a follow up course to Assessment and Analysis, this course supplies students with the theoretical framework for designing, planning, and enhancing new programs, ministries and businesses. From mission and vision to goals and objectives, students will learn how to develop a comprehensive strategic plan. Prerequisite: OL 101 Communication Skills for Leaders, OL 302: Introduction to the Principles of Assessment and Analysis or permission from the instructor.
