Class hours: 3.0 Lecture/1.0 Laboratory Recommendation: LAW 56 with a grade of Pass or "C" or higher. This is an introduction to immigration law including history and administration of U.S. Immigration law, citizenships, nationality, immigrant and non-immigrant categories, admission rules to U.S., removal procedures and refugees and asylum.
