(Prerequisite: Completion of all required courses in Paint and Reflnish specialization) Provides occupation-based learning opportunities for students pursuing the Paint and Refinishing specialization. Students will be mentored by qualified professional technicians as they experience work ing in the Automotive Collision Repair profession in an industry standard commercial repair facility or industry standard simulated on-campus facility. Topics include: sanding, priming, and paint preparation; special refinishing applications; urethane enamels; tint and match colors; detailing; and employability skills.
