Topics include basic measurement theory, testing and assessment, personnel selection, job satisfaction, work motivation, leadership, and organization theory. Course may be repeated. Signature of instructor required for registration. Recommended: A course in statistics such as MATH 3 or equivalent. Prerequisite: PSYC 3, third-year or higher standing. Offered spring semester.
