A review of psychological theory and methodology as it applies to human behavior in the workplace. Topics include basic measurement theory, testing and assessment, personnel selection, job satisfaction, work motivation, leadership, and organization theory. Course may be repeated. Signature of instructor required for registration. Recommended: A course in statistics such as MATH 3 or equivalent. Prerequisite: PSYC 3, third-year or higher standing. Offered spring semester.
