Description:

Conflict is universal. This course will address such topics as sources of conflicts, barriers to effective communication, theories of conflict resolution, negotiation theory, cultural contexts in conflict resolution, and mediation processes. Students will also practice listening and communication skills as well as mediation skills. Lecture/Lab Hours: Three hours per week.
