Description:

This is an intensive study of a significant topic in the humanities not otherwise covered in course offerings. Required is an end of semester research project that reflects rigorous intellectual engagement with a topic and advanced independent research skills. This course is for the superior student, and admission is by invitation of the English faculty to selected students who have been admitted to the Honors Program. Lecture/Lab Hours: Three hours per week.
