Especially designed to improve English usage and writing skills of students whose native language is not English. Topics covered will include English sentence structure, grammar, usage, punctuation, and mechanics as well as their application in writing effective paragraphs and essays. Satisfactory completion of this course fulfills the English requirement for Learning Support for international students. Lecture/Lab Hours: Four hours per week.
