This intermediate-level course explores a variety of hospitality industry negotiations and interactions. The course discusses the skills necessary to recognize situations within the hospitality industry which call for bargaining. This course also articulates the development of agreed elements necessary to properly record the outcomes of the negotiation process, the numerous agreements/contracts that are prevalent in the hospitality industry, and the implementation and management of agreements and contracts.
