Prerequisite - Students must complete all college preparatory reading courses indicated through placement testing and/or academic advising prior to enrolling in this course. This course is designed to acquaint the student with the common practical laws as applied to ordinary business procedures. A study of laws relating to contracts, negotiable instruments, agency, estates and trusts, security devices, personal and real property, business crimes and government regulation.
