Prerequisite: C or higher in BSC 1010C and students must also be cleared by a physician prior to participating in this class . Laboratory Fee: $20 This course is designed to give students a clear understanding of specific sports and fitness assessment techniques and concepts. Students will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience and practicum based knowledge. Students will develop and implement specific fitness programs for different individuals and learn how to perform fitness assessments on their subjects.
