Emphasis is on the systematic approach to patient assessment, with adaptations for the medical versus the trauma patient. Topics include: therapeutic communications, history taking, techniques of physical exam, patient assessment, clinical decisionSouthwest Georgia Technical College making, EMS communications, and documentation.
