Formerly: LINC 222 This course is an overview of the pros and cons of several software applications that are used as tools for student projects. An analysis of the tools that deepen student learning of academic content will be discussed. Participants will try creating mini projects using various software and analyzing their own learning. Applications such as Inspiration, Photoshop MovieWorks, HyperStudio, PowerPoint, Creator, and MicroWorlds Pro will be explored. Repeatability: May be taken six times for credit. Two hours lecture, two hours terminal time. GE Area: Non-GE Applicable
