Linear, quadratic, polynomial, rational, radical, exponential and logarithmic functions and expressions with an emphasis on graphing and applications. This course is for students who intend to transfer to a four-year institution. Prerequisite: Satisfactory score on the mathematics placement test or MATH 220. Advisories: This course is for students who intend to transfer to a four-year institution; students may not receive credit for both MATH 105 and 103-104. Five hours lecture, one hour laboratory.
