Study and preparation of intermediate level materials suitable for the large jazz ensemble. Attendance at all scheduled performances is mandatory. Prerequisite: Enrollment subject to audition. Advisory: MUS 10 or equivalent experience recommended. Repeatability: Any combination of MUSP 36, 36X, 36Y & 36Z may be taken for a maximum of 48 units. Three hours lecture-laboratory, two hours laboratory for two units of credit. GE Area: Non-GE Applicable
