A seminar in directed reading and discussion in oceanography. An opportunity to do oceanographical research. An opportunity to assist in the planning, development and presentation of oceanography programs. Advisories: High interest in the pursuit of oceanographical knowledge. Previous experience in oceanography recommended. Repeatability: Any combination of OCEN 36, 36X & 36Y may be taken for a maximum of six units. Three hours laboratory for each unit of credit.
