Basic instruction in use of the new photographic technologies of computer-enhanced imagery, digital image-making and digital printing. Overview of the contemporary use of images and computers in commerce, media and fine art expression. Web pages, virtual reality and the latest in digital photo equipment are explored. Advisory: PHOT 1 or equivalent experience. Repeatability: May be taken two times for credit. Two hours lecture, three hours lecture-laboratory, one and one-half hours laboratory.
