Continuation of VART 84. Further exploration of technical and aesthetic considerations in film and video editing. The course will address advanced topics in digital post-production using Final Cut Pro software. Software topics include sync, audio mixing, color correction, and compositing. Prerequisite: VART 84 or 86. Advisory: Not open to students with credit in F TV 85. Repeatability: May be taken three times for credit. Three hours lecture, two and one-half hours lecture-laboratory.
