Topics include: chemical measurements and units, atomic theory and structure, chemical bonding and nomenclature, chemical reactions and stoichiometrics, equilibria, properties of gases, reduction-oxidation, and nuclear chemistry. Thelaboratory sessions provide hands-on experience with chemicals, equipment, and instruments.
