This is a basic general education course to give the student an understanding of the major biological concepts of anatomy, reproduction, development, genetics, ecology and evolution in plant, animal and human life. This course cannot be used to satisfy degree requirements for students who already have credit in BSC 2010 and/or BSC 2011. Prerequisite: Acceptable placement scores in reading or a grade of "C" or higher in REA 0004. 3 semester hours credit. [A]
