(1.0 Unit) (No prerequisite. Three laboratory hours weekly.) This course is designed to enable students to become proficient in planning and arranging business travel, and setting up business conferences. This course develops skills in choosing airline flights, making reservations, arranging hotel accommodations and ground transportation, and maintaining accurate follow- up records.
