(2.0 Units) (No prerequisite. One lecture and three laboratory hours weekly.) In this course students will learn how to plan, design and present a process-oriented art curriculum for young children. Through in-class hands-on art activities students will sample a variety of media for children. An overview of current trends in early art education is also included. (CSU)
