(3.0 Units) (Prerequisite: English 98 or English 120. Philosophy 110 is not a prerequisite for Philosophy 111. Three lecture hours weekly.) This course introduces students to the major philosophical ethical theories and encourages them to apply these theories to situations in the contemporary culture.
