(0.5-2 Units) (No prerequisite. Two, three or six activity hours weekly.) This course is designed to instruct students in the various forms of conditioning and training techniques used in different sports. Basic to the course are instruction in muscle balance, breath control, aerobic training, anaerobic training, flexibility, nutrition, time management, injury prevention, and strength training.
