(3.0 Units) (No prerequisite. Three lecture hours weekly.) This course prepares students to communicate more effectively through the electronic and/or digital media. Students will explore how to articulate messages, vary pitch and volume to the text and context, pronounce words according to accepted standards, express thoughts and feelings with confidence, understand and interpret the meaning of a message, and communicate ideas from a variety of prompts.
