Banner Title: Interior/Exterior Maint Repair This course introduces construction techniques and the entry-level knowledge and skills students need to maintain the interior and exterior of building structures. Topics include painting of interior and exterior walls, windows, and ceilings; repairing flooring; repairing doors, locks, and windows; repairing weatherproofing and insulation; repairing gutters and downspouts; repairing siding (vinyl, wood, and hardboard); and making minor repairs to simple roofing materials (asphalt shingles). Prerequisites: Provisional admission Offered on an as-needed basis for the Facilities Maintenance Specialist technical certificate of credit
