Banner Title: Help Desk Concepts This course prepares students to work in positions that provide customer and technical support through analysis and problem solving. Students will master the role of a help desk analysis, navigate the help desk environment, and learn crucial problem solving skills. Students will also learn to troubleshoot hardware problems, printer problems, OS problems, application problems, and user problems. Prerequisite: CIS 106 with a grade of C or better, CIS 122 with a grade of C or better Offered annually
