Banner Title: Customer Contact Skills This course provides students with the skills to create positive customer relations, to communicate effectively with customers, and to successfully assist customers and to solve their problems. Participants will learn to select and sell products that benefit customers. Topics include exceeding customer expectations, customer service face-to-face, critical thinking, telephone service skills, sales skills, and managing difficult customers. Prerequisite: MKT 161 Offered on an as-needed basis for the Certified Customer Service Specialist technical certificate of credit
