Banner Title: Nursing Fundamentals Nursing Fundamentals introduces students to the nursing process. Topics covered in the course include the nursing profession; ethics and law; community health; and client care, which is defined as using the nursing process and critical thinking to provide client education. Topics also include principles and skills of nursing practice, documentation, physical assessments, geriatrics, customer and client relationships, and standard precautions. Students must pay a $79 supply fee when registering for this course. Prerequisite: AHS 104 with a grade of C or better Corequisites: AHS 102, AHS 103 Offered Winter term
