Banner Title: Surgical Procedures I This course continues the introduction to surgical procedures, incisions, wound closure, operative pathology, and common complications as applied to general and specialty surgery. Topics include general surgery and special techniques, obstetrical and gynecological surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, genitourinary surgery, head and neck surgery, and plastic and reconstructive surgery. Students must pay a $25 supply fee when registering for this course. Prerequisites: SUR 102 with a grade of C or better, SUR 112 with a grade of C or better Corequisite: SUR 213 Offered Summer term
