Description: Introduction to object-oriented computer programming for computer science majors (CS0) and computer professionals. Topics include computer hardware and operating systems; problem-solving techniques; object-oriented program design; program coding, testing, and implementation; and documentation issues and techniques. Students explore algorithm development, data types, flow of control, classes, objects, methods, vectors, and event-driven programming. May be repeated once for credit. Transfer: CSU, UC.
