Description: A broad overview of the American economy and its effect on social, political, and cultural environments. The concepts of the price system, the banking system, money and economic activity, policies for stabilization and growth, are presented. The classical, neo classical and Keynesian models of an economy are introduced. This course concludes with an introduction into the aggregate supply and aggregate demand model of an economy.
