Description: Exercising on a stability ball to achieve functional movement, abdominal and lower-back strength, while increasing wholebody strength, flexibility, stabilization, balance, and coordination. This foundation course is suitable for all age groups and prepares body for all levels of activity - athletic to everyday movement. May be repeated for credit up to 3 times. Transfer: CSU: E2, UC*.
