Description: A self paced strength training program for the beginning student through the use of free weights, functional training apparatus, selected machines and aerobic conditioning equipment for lifelong health and wellness. Empowers students and athletes to optimize their fitness capabilities, achieving excellence through the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, providing opportunities to improve personal wellness and applying fundamentally sound principles.
