Description: This course is designed for students to gain the knowledge and skills found in the sport, philosophy and fighting skills of TAE KWON DO. Basic kicking, blocking and punching techniques and their applications in self-defense, the Olympic sport, and rank promotion aspects are covered. May be repeated for credit up to 3 times.
