Description: This course is a study of the U.S. and California Constitutions with foci on the political philosophies of its framers and the inter-related functions of the three branches of the federal government. Students closely examine the rights and obligations of all citizens as established by the U.S. and California Constitutions in conjunction with evolving Judeo-Christian democratic principles.
