(5 credits, 225 clinical hours) S Practical application of the basic pharmacy technician concepts and skills in an actual pharmacy setting, under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist. Rotations may include experience in community based retail outlets, hospitals or medical centers, extendedcare or home healthcare agency facilities and drug information centers. Rotation may be customized to refl ect a student's experiences and preferences for future employment. Pass with a C or better. Prerequisite: PTN 1132C.
