(3 credits) GE The fi rst course in human anatomy and physiology is a survey of the chemistry, structure, and function of the human body to include the following topics: cells and cytology, tissue and histology, the integumentary system, skeletal system, muscular system, and nervous system. The course is designed for students in the health related, biological, and physical education programs. Prerequisites: Completion of REA 0002, ENC 0020, MAT 0024 with a score of C or better or score out on appropriate placement test. Corequisite: BSC 2085L.
