(3 credits) This class will present an overview of the structure and functions of the law offi ce while providing the student with an opportunity to learn about different responsibilities of various law offi ce employees. Different specialty areas of law are explored in depth from the perspective of one who is preparing the paperwork and documents for these practice areas. The material presented is benefi cial for any law offi ce employee, including legal assistants, paralegals, or other types of law offi ce professionals.
