Prerequisites: NOS 230 or NOS 231 This course provides experience using CD ROM and on-line research tools and hands-on experience for advanced hardware support and troubleshooting. Emphasis is placed on troubleshooting network adapter cards and cabling, network storage devices, the DOS workstation, and network printing.
