Earliest to current legislation governing access to education, employment, public and private facilities. Legal definitions of disability. Brings student up to the present with federal, state and local legal mandates and explores in detail the Americans With Disabilities Act, Individuals with Disabilities Act and California Special Education Law using case studies and current actions in the court system.
