This course emphasizes the rules of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and writing in order to ensure a smooth transition into communicating orally and in writing. Topics include: basic grammar, mechanics, spelling, and sentence writing and paragraphing skills needed for writing memos, letters, reports, and short essays.
