Class hours: 6.0 Laboratory Prerequisite: WELD 200 or equivalent with a grade of Pass or "C" or higher. This advanced welding course is designed to prepare the student welder for structural steel welding certifications using the SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) and FCAW (Flux Cored Arc Welding) processes.
