Class hours: 3.0 Lecture This course presents the essential knowledge and skills students need to make effective contributions and to have an immediate impact on the accomplishment of projects in which they are involved. It is for everyone involved in projects, not just project managers, in order to succeed in interdisciplinary and cross-functional teams. This course provides the foundation students need to be effective members of project teams and, thereby, boost everyone's potential to rise to the challenge of managing teams and projects.
