Class hours: 3.0 Lecture/5.0 Laboratory This course covers basic aspects of the automotive collision repair trade. Major emphasis is placed on orienting the student on the safe use of basic power and hand tools, use of fillers, and metal straightening techniques for the repair of non-structural damage. It also includes discussion of automobile design, nomenclature, and non-structural damage analysis.
