Class hours: 1.0 Lecture/2.0 Laboratory Prerequisite: Audition This course is designed for the student desiring to enter the fields of professional percussion playing in studio, radio, and theatre orchestra work. Opportunity is provided for practical experience in organizing marching percussion combinations of all styles and sizes. Training is given in standard marching percussion phrasing and technique.
