Class hours: 2.0 Lecture Recommendation: MTT 51 or MTT 76 and MTT 170 or appropriate work experience. This course is designed to provide the student with the skills required to optimize Computer Numerical Control (CNC) programs and operations. The student will learn how to get the most out of CNC machine tools by increasing equipment utilization and decreasing equipment downtime. Course work also includes CNC program verification, optimization, and related service and maintenance issues. Transfer Credit: CSU
